Anomaly Squared

Anomaly Squared is an industry leading contact and call center headquartered in Greensboro, NC. To support their growth projections Anomaly Squared needed approximately 35,000 SF which they found by purchasing an underutilized office building off Interstate 40. Anomaly Squared will occupy the top two floors and a portion of the main floor. By creating an efficient, open plan concept the design team could provide natural light at all workstations. The design aesthetic is clean and minimal while providing a multitude of collaborative and impromptu meeting spaces. Comfortable breakout spaces, an exercise room, and a bar and lounge were designed as added amenities to the staff.

The second floor and portion of the ground floor was designed for Columbia Forest Products. Unlike Anomaly Squared on the upper floors, Columbia Forest Products required all private offices. To increase communication while keeping offices private, breakout spaces and multiple circulation paths were carefully placed through the space.
