Senior Marketing Coordinator

Quantitative - Ideal Candidate Expectations:

  • Develops and implements marketing campaigns in accordance with the STITCH marketing calendar.
  • Manages content development, securing input and graphic assets from partners and associates. Deploys the content across multiple channels including the newsletter.
  • Oversees updates to the STITCH web site, working with partners to identify needed updates, develop the content and coordinate with digital agency to implement.
  • Maintains STITCH social media calendar, working internally to generate ideas, content and source assets to post. Manage engagement metrics across social media platforms.
  • Monitors sources for RFPs/RFQs, identifies opportunities that align with firm goals and submits/tracks for consideration and response.
  • Supports proposal process by serving as project manager, pulling together necessary information based on RFP/RFQ requirements and works with partners to complete.
  • Prepares presentations for new business, pitches and events.
  • Coordinates STITCH participation in meetings and events by identifying relevant events, securing sponsorships/speaking opportunities, preparing event materials, signage, etc. and coordinating participation.
  • Coordinates awards entries, maintaining an annual calendar, project managing the process of gathering submissions.
  • Monitors marketing spending against budget

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly with a boutique professional services firm
  • Demonstrable experience managing digital marketing campaigns, content marketing, email marketing, social media and events
  • Solid knowledge of website, graphic design and digital marketing tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Graphic design and content development skills preferred.
