ArchitectURAL ASSOCIATE

STITCH Design Shop is seeking a self-starter, who feels passionate about the opportunity to be part of our team with a focus on Commercial Architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong visualization and design skills along with the ability to execute, including a variety of basic architectural assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for small projects or select segments of a larger project.

 Essential Duties:

• Performs a variety of basic architectural assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for small projects or selected segments of a larger project.
• Performs design layouts and features which require researching, compiling, and recording information for the project work.
• Other related duties as assigned by Partners(s) or department head.

Non-Essential Duties:

• Attend organization and community events on behalf of STITCH, as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in architecture on the path to licensure.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Familiarity with BIM software (Revit preferred); 3D modeling software (SketchUp preferred); Microsoft Office 365; Photoshop; Indesign
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Creative problem solver with a passion for design; attention to detail.
• Hold valid driver’s license.
